Jeff Hill, a resident at CML, leads us in a breath meditation. Rather than emphasizing a doing, Jeff encourages us to un-do old patterns of attention. We then focus specifically on our out breath and finally explore what we are thankful for with our minds and bodies.

Most guidances consist of two 30-minute periods of practice in stillness with a five-minute period of movement in the middle.
