Janet Salzman is a rabbi at the Ohavi Zedek Synagog in Burlington, VT. She received her rabbinic education and ordination through ALEPH, the rabbinic seminary of Jewish Renewal and was ordained there also as a Mashpia Ruchanit/Spiritual Director. With her strong voice and upbeat spirit, Jan opens and deepens the Jewish experience.
In this evening’s talk, Jan weaves together a history of Judaism in America with her personal story of reconnecting with her Jewish roots.
