Basic Mindfulness: A pragmatic, flexible meditation system

See how this comprehensive, algorithmic approach develops the attentional skills of concentration, sensory clarity, and equanimity. CML Residents Danny Morris and Toby Sola will be teaching this course, which will take place on Sundays at 4:30 in the Burlington Friends Meeting House, from 5/3 to 6/7. We suggest a donation of $100 for the entire course. Scholarships are available upon request for those in need. Drop-ins are $30/class.
