Saturday Retreat at the Center for Mindful Learning
featuring Shinzen Young
The world is around us and inside of us. Both parts of this world are made up of things we can see, hear, or feel. Classifying the world into visual, auditory, and somatic experience is a very pragmatic way to build a deep, effective mindfulness practice. In this program, you’ll practice working with each of these kinds of experiences (and making use of Shinzen’s latest innovation, Flexible Labeling), before putting it together into an unrestricted Open Presence. This program is suitable for both first timers and experienced practitioners. We hope you can join us!
