We begin this evening’s meditation by keeping track of body sensations, with a focus on really being in the moment. We then experiment with saying phrases such as, ‘I can do it,’ ‘I can’t do it,’ and ‘I was born to do it’ and feeling the impact of such statement on our bodies.
