Beyond Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

a Saturday workshop featuring Anthony Quintiliani

The workshop will include considerable experiential mindfulness and meditation practices, including breathing retraining, body scanning, walking meditation. The skills-based program is designed for clinical helpers, meditators at all levels of practice, and others interested in mindful ways of living. Current research strongly supports the many benefits of regular mindfulness practice, with emphasis on its impact on stress reduction, emotion regulation, clinical conditions, happiness, and – even – an introduction to a potential spiritual path. Come for the day, learn, and enjoy!
